What is hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a focused, relaxed state where your attention becomes more directed. It’s similar to being absorbed in a movie or driving and not remembering part of the route. In that state, it’s easier to shift patterns in how you think, respond, and follow through.
Will I lose control?
No. You’re aware the entire time and in control of yourself. You can speak, move, or stop at any point.
Will I be asleep?
No. You’re not asleep—you’re focused and relaxed. Most people describe it as calm, clear, and present.
Can I be hypnotized?
If you can focus your attention, you can experience hypnosis. It’s a natural state—not something being “done” to you.
What does a session feel like?
Sessions are calm and structured. You’ll feel relaxed, focused, and more aware of your thoughts. It’s not dramatic—it’s subtle, but effective.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your goal and how consistently you apply what we work on. Some people notice shifts quickly, while others build change over a few sessions.
Can I get stuck in hypnosis?
No. You can come out of hypnosis at any time. Even if a session ended, you would naturally return to full awareness on your own.
